Requirements

Role Competencies

FMCG, Manufacturing and Warehousing sector experience essential.
Full knowledge of the requirements in respect of global standards of warehousing/dispatching .
nderstand risk, business processes and controls.
Excellent leadership skill, including strong coaching experience.
FIFO strategies.

Duties

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
Evaluating and reporting on warehouse receipts as per daily requirements.
Coordinating the receipt, storage and packing of packed goods and materials.
Checking, processing and filing of all IBTs both from the Packing plant as well as the other ASO sites.
Effectively control of Hard and Soft Oil packed products via stock sheet counting daily.
Perform a physical check on all customer returns coming back into the warehouse.
Ensure all documents and communication is completed pertaining to the customer returns.
Liaise with Warehouse Management, Quality and Stock controller as to the quarantining of the returned product.
Support logistics staff in other locations.
Stock receipts both manual and SAGE must be completed on the same day as the physical receipts.
Effectively handles returns, from packing plant, customers and other site warehouses.
