Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Incentives, Groups & Group Series Specialist to join our client's team in Bryanston, Sandton. This full-time role requires 30-40 hours per week in an in-office environment.
Role Overview
As an Inbound Incentives, Groups & Group Series Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating group travel arrangements, incentive programmes, and series bookings for international clients visiting South Africa. You will work closely with hotels, transportation providers, and activity vendors to create seamless travel experiences for groups of various sizes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive group travel itineraries
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers for accommodation, transport, and activities
  • Process group bookings and handle all related administration
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
  • Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the group's travel
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and communication throughout the booking process
  • Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for potential clients
  • Stay updated on tourism trends and offerings in South Africa
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry with a focus on group bookings and incentive travel management.
Essential Qualifications
  • Certificate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 6-9 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically with group bookings and incentive programmes
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and relevant software
  • Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and service providers
