The Inbound Call Centre Agent (Travel Service Associate) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Umhlanga. The primary responsibility is to assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and solutions via inbound calls. Daily tasks include managing customer queries, providing detailed and accurate travel information, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Agents will be expected to uphold excellent customer service standards and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Minimum of 12 months experience in High-End Retail, Cabin Crew, Hospitality and/or Contact Centre Experience
Customer Service experience in the Travel OR Hospitality industry will be advantageous
Matric or Grade 11
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Computer Literacy
Clear criminal and credit record
Ability to work night shift (USA Hours)
