We are currently seeking In Vehicle Technicians in George, Western Cape

Requirements:

Must reside in: George/ surrounding area Grade 12 - must have an Auto Electrical/Technical Certification Extensive experience in a Technical space Fleet Management Systems and Camera System experience is an added advantage Computer Literate in all Microsoft office packages (especially excel) Valid code 8 drivers license and own reliable transport Must be willing to travel Clear criminal record Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Installation and de-installation of in-vehicle technology Ensure all equipment and wiring for actual installations are prepared Install equipment and wiring as per the installation profile Quality assurance of all work done Accurately completing job cards Ensure that vehicles are referred to the supervisor and client for inspection and final commissioning Ensure that all vehicles are in the same condition as when pre inspection was done Pre and post inspection of all vehicles Ensure that vehicles are well maintained Fault finding, programming, repairs and maintenance of all equipment and wiring Effective resolution of technical and client queries and escalate to management as required Problem solving by use of technical skills Managing of company property entrusted example: vehicle, laptop and tools Responsible for purchasing of stock Ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained (stocktaking) Facilitate training of new technicians
