Job Summary As the Imports Logistics Coordinator, you'll manage the end-to-end import process, collaborating with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to guarantee seamless, efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage international shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure timely clearance and transport.
• Verify and process all import documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Track container movements, monitor ETAs/ETDs, and update key stakeholders proactively.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and import legislation.
• Support procurement and finance teams with landed cost analysis and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate data on ERP systems and prepare logistics performance reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Qualifications & Experience: Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Trade (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in imports logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
• Solid understanding of customs processes, tariff codes, and import controls.
• Experience managing sea, air, and road freight shipments.
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Syspro, or similar) and advanced Excel proficiency.
