Responsibilities:

Manage the full import and export process, including customs clearance and documentation.
Liaise with shipping companies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs duties, tariffs, and trade agreements.
Oversee transport logistics and coordinate with internal departments on shipment planning.
Prepare and analyze reports related to shipment costs, delivery timelines, and customs trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external service providers and authorities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an Import/Export or International Logistics Manager role.
Relevant tertiary qualification in International Trade, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and cross-border documentation.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
