We are currently seeking an Import Export Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Import Export Specialist at ICON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and compliant coordination of import and export processes and tasks. You will handle import and export tasks, facilitating the movement of goods while adhering to regulatory requirements.
What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinating import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
• Conducting reviews of import/export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Participating in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies relating to shipments, customs and trade compliance.
• Staying informed about changes in trade regulations and providing guidance on best practices for international shipping.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, international business, customs and logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in import/export coordination or logistics, with a strong understanding of customs regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in import/export documentation and processes, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
