Job Description

Sterling Lexicon is a leading provider of global mobility services. We manage all facets of our clients' mobility programs, while focusing on providing flexible solutions for corporate and U.S. government organizations worldwide.

ACCOUNTABILITES:

Client Implementations

• Lead the implementation of new accounts all the way to go-live, according to schedule and budget and in line with the agreed contract

• Attend client meetings as and when required, (with face-to-face meetings where required) xe2x80xa2 Produce detailed and complete implementation handbooks

• Train internal teams on client expectations to ensure delivery of services in accordance with contracted terms

Project Management

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that consideration is given to timing, resource, and funding

• Support the delivery of new technology solutions, providing training to all users

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and within the set quality standards

• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

• Escalate any issues and potential delays to the senior management team

• Update stakeholders and appropriate staff on the progress of the change project

• Review and propose existing process improvements throughout the Sterling Lexicon functions

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent preferred but not essential Skills

• Pragmatic, flexible approach to varying client or project requirements

• Strong excel skills and good working knowledge of other Microsoft office applications

• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Project Management qualification desirable

• Exceptional project and process management ability

• Previous experience of change management or working in very dynamic environment

• Proven experience of implementing all size accounts which include a wide range of services

• Understanding of all mobility services an advantage
