As part of the Professional Services team, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful end- to-end functional delivery of the IsoMetrix solution to our customers through effective engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Implementation Consultant duties and responsibilities:
Facilitate system orientation sessions with customers to introduce them to the standard IsoMetrix Functionality.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with customers to identify business objectives when applicable.
Manage operational implementation activities while adhering to IsoMetrix implementation methodology and enforcing project standards.
Ensure optimal system functionality within the framework of IsoMetrix software capability and design standards, as well as current standard modules.
Responsible for ensuring all project documentation is current and up to date.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the implementation process.
Conduct requirement review meetings to validate requirements.
Conduct design review and testing to ensure the developed system meets all requirements.
Present feedback and suggestions relating to the implementation of assigned projects.
Liaise with the project manager and stakeholders on project details, deadlines, and identified risks.
Provide timely feedback to the project team and clients.
Identify, report, and resolve key project risks relating to functional delivery.
Own development of customer-specific training material where necessary.
Own facilitation of customer training where necessary
Requirements (Experience)
2-3 years of experience in software implementation or business/systems analysis type role preferred.
Track record of successfully implemented initiatives.
Studying toward tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business Analysis or Project Management

* Knowledge or experience with EHS Software or International Health, Safety and Environmental Standards would be advantageous.
