You will be responsible for the integration, implementation and configuration of a B2B software platform. Acting as a key liaison between our sales and clients, you will analyse client requirements, configure system modules, and ensure successful technical execution and adoption of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

Configure and customize product modules based on client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Oversee technical aspects of data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing. Offer hands-on client and technical support during go-live. Troubleshoot issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction. Document business processes, configuration decisions, and implementation steps. Collaborate with clients and the sales team to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Assist with client workshops, conduct gap analyses, and provide recommendations for effective software adoption. Provide feedback to sales and development teams to influence roadmap improvements.
3+ years relevant work experience as a Developer, Technical Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, or similar role. Previous software experience with highly configurable applications. Detail orientated and exposure to QA processes. Strong SQL skills Exposure to API integrations Proven track record in a problem-solving capacity. Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.

Beneficial:

Any .Net Core/C#/Angular experience. Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. Experience with property management, leasing, or asset management software. ETL technology experience Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
