Illovo, Sandton - AU PAIR - AFTERNOONS/FULL DAY

Ages:

Daughters in Grade 000 aged 4 years old and in Grade 3 aged 9 years old (ADHD, medicated and sees a therapist)

Working hours:

Mon - Fri: 11:00 - 18:00

School Holiday Hours

: Same hours as above

Duties:

Collect from school, take to extra murals and appointments, assisting with homework and school projects. Ensuring bags are packed for the following day. Engage in fun and stimulating activities. Monitoring the school whatsapp groups and ensure instructions are followed (liaise with parents on this as well). Working closely with the house keeper and other staff. Good communication with the parents and other staff to ensure the schedules run smoothly.

Requirements:

Candidates who have worked with children in Private schools before and know how they operate. Someone mature and who takes initiative and is reliable. Studying or has a post matric qualification.

Start date:

ASAP - Permanent role

Salary:

R13000 - R15000 per month (gross, before deductions) plus SARS Rates (R4.76) per km (Salary dependent on Experience and/or qualifications).



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
