• Provide expert IFRS advice: You will be responsible for interpreting and advising on IFRS standards, ensuring all financial processes and reports adhere to the latest regulatory guidelines.
• Audit and Assurance oversight: Youll manage the review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• OHADA experience: Play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and interpretation of OHADA regulations, providing insights and ensuring consistency across various jurisdictions.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with finance, audit, and technical accounting teams to solve complex accounting issues and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Training and development: Stay updated on IFRS changes and conduct training sessions to ensure your team remains compliant with the latest standards.
• Financial reporting: Oversee the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, ensuring high accuracy and quality in financial data reporting.

Key requirements:

• 2-3 years post-articles experience in an IFRS Technical or similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Audit and Assurance with a keen eye for detail.
• OHADA experience is a must, as you will play a critical role in aligning with these standards.
• French language skills are highly advantageous for communicating with stakeholders in French-speaking regions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to compliance and technical accounting matters.
