Job Description

An established and operationally diverse logistics and infrastructure business is seeking a highly capable and reliable IT Officer to support its core IT systems and infrastructure across multiple environments. This role requires someone who is both technically competent and process-driven, with the ability to operate in a high-availability, multi-site operation that runs 24/7.
This opportunity is ideal for an IT professional who thrives in dynamic environments, values structure, and can effectively balance daily support needs with ongoing project delivery.
Duties:

Provide end-user support (hardware/software) via the Service Desk and on-site as needed.
Maintain daily operations of IT infrastructure including:

Servers (Windows/Linux/iSeries)
Network equipment (Switches, Routers, VPNs, Firewalls, WiFi, etc.)
User devices (PCs, tablets, smartphones, scanners, printers)
IoT, UPS, and auxiliary IT systems
Ensure business continuity and high system availability.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years in IT support or systems administration
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems
Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science
Network+ certification
ITIL Foundation, AWS, or Azure certifications
