Job Description

Job Summary A leading heavy industrial manufacturing group operating advanced press line and continuous production systems is expanding its maintenance capability and is seeking highly experienced Hydraulic Technicians. Permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region). o You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, overhaul, installation, commissioning and optimisation of complex hydraulic systems supporting press lines and plant equipment. o Work closely with maintenance, engineering and production teams to reduce downtime, improve reliability and ensure safe, efficient operation of critical hydraulic systems. o Experience on press hydraulics (melamine / platen / industrial presses) o Formal hydraulic training (Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Hytec, Hydac or similar) Understanding of: o Contamination control o Oil management o System optimisation & reliability improvement o Trade tested (Fitter / Millwright / Mechanical Trade) o Strong hands-on industrial hydraulics experience o Ability to read & interpret hydraulic schematics o Proven fault-finding and diagnostic capability o Experience on: Hydraulic power packs, Pumps & valves, Cylinders & manifolds, Accumulators o Experience in a manufacturing / production plant environment o Traceable & contactable references o Local residency or relocation required o Submit CV (Word / PDF) Ref # (TRG 2448).
