About the Role

Mammoth Global is expanding its footprint in KwaZulu-Natal and is seeking a dynamic, technically skilled Hydraulic Sales Representative to join our Camperdown branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in hydraulic sales or service, with a solid understanding of hydraulic systems and components. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical competence and strong customer relationship skills to drive growth across the region. The successful applicant must have their own reliable transport and maintain sober habits at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell hydraulic products and services including cylinders, pumps, valves, hoses, fittings, and related systems. Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide technical guidance. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients. Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Provide market feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and potential growth areas. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives. Represent Mammoth Global professionally and uphold company values at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in hydraulic sales, service, or a related technical field. Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and applications. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport are essential. Sober habits and a strong professional work ethic. Proven sales record and target achievement history. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and general business software (ERP/CRM experience advantageous). Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Remuneration and Perks
