Minimum requirements:

Quantity Surveying Diploma + minimum 10 years experience OR QS Degree + minimum 7 years experience - HVAC experience
Minimum 5 years experience with HVAC and mechanical Projects
Solid knowledge of construction contracts
Experience with FIDIC, JBCC and NEC contracts
Knowledge of electrical works | Expert knowledge of quantification for projects
MS Project, MS Office and ERP skills

Salary range from R700pa neg depending on skills and experience required
