Senior HR Manager
International shipping company seeks a strategic HR leader to assume control of their People Strategy across all human resource functions. Will suit a methodical, self-motivated individual with a thorough understanding of relevant Employment & Industrial legislations.
To be considered for this role, it requires a relevant HR qualification, and min 10-15 years experience in managing all relevant functions in a global entity, with close interactions with international counterparts. Exposure to managing disciplinaries and CCMA representation is essential. Preference given to those with experience in a shipping / logistics environment.
