Job Description
One of our top mining clients in the Northern Cape is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Practitioner.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 4 years experience in the mining industry as a HR Officer.
Knowledge of Sage 300 and X-Time.
Employment Equity Act understanding and reporting.
CCMA protocols and disciplinary hearing.
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate.
Bachelors degree in HR Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
