Job Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in driving best in class people standards and practices on a day-to-day basis. The role of the HR officer will work hand in hand with the HR team as the first point of contact for all HR day-to-day related matters. Based at the Denver office, the HR Officer will drive HR payroll administration support, HR audit compliance, disciplinary matters for onsite employees and ensure sound governance for all HR processes. The HR officer will also support the execution of key HR initiatives that will improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
