To succeed in this role, you should have a BComm, BA Industrial Psychology, or BTech Human Resource Management (or equivalent), along with 15 years of proven HR and large-scale IR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR or business partner role (preferably within FMCG or manufacturing). At least 3 years of payroll experience is required, along with ethical auditing knowledge (SEDEX/SMETA) and extensive applied understanding of BCEA, LRA, OHSA, SDA, COIDA, EEA, POPI, and related legislation. Strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and the capacity to lead change in a fast-paced environment will further support your success.
