Lead end-to-end HR: recruitment, onboarding, performance, IR/ER and exits.
Ensure compliance with SA labour legislation, HR policies and HR reporting.
Support line managers with disciplinary processes, investigations and CCMA preparation.
Oversee payroll input, HR administration and accurate HR data and records.?
Drive HR projects such as EE, training, talent development and engagement initiatives.?
Requirements:
Relevant HR degree / diploma.
5+ years generalist HR experience, including strong IR/ER exposure.
Experience in manufacturing/abattoir/food or similar industrial environment advantageous.?
Confident, resilient and able to work independently with staff at all levels.
