Human Resources Manager
Job Description
A highly respected mining company based in Limpopo is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their dynamic team
Experience Required:
At least 7 years Human Resource experience within a mining or heavy industry.
At least 2 years experience on a managerial level.
Strong experience with unions, collective bargaining, and labour relations.
Exposure to SHEQ, MHSA training requirements, and Mine operational structures.
Experience in SLP, Employment Equity, and Skills Development compliance.
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate.
Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in HR Management or Labour Law is advantageous.
