An exciting opportunity exists with in the Tsebo Cleaning, Hygiene and Pest Contol Division for a
Human Resources Manager to:
Lead HR and organizational development initiatives to build workforce capability, drive cultural transformation, and support business objectives. Oversee HR operations to ensure compliance and alignment with regional requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Implement OD strategies aligned with business goals, Annual OD implementation plan delivered.
Drive change management initiatives for organizational transformation.
Enhance leadership capability and succession planning at Middle and Junior Management levels.
Improve employee engagement and organizational culture.
Skills and Competencies
Strategic thinking, influencing and negotiation, analytical ability, communication, leadership, and project management.
Organizational design and development methodologies.
Talent management and succession planning strategies.
Employee engagement and culture transformation techniques.
Strong understanding of HR systems and analytics.
Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Organizational Development or Change Management (preferred).
Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in Organizational Development and Talent Management.
Proven track record in implementing OD frameworks, change management programs, and leadership development initiatives.
Experience in large, complex organizations with multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of SA labour laws and HR best practices.
