At least 5 years experience as an HR Manager.
HR degree/diploma or relevant qualification.
Candidate must possess excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain staff employment contracts and HR records
Analyse monthly staff rosters to ensure proper staffing and compliance for all stores.
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding (job postings, candidate screening, interview , short listing of candidates )
Work closely with training providers to secure SETA funding, including handling all documentation (WSP, ATR, learnerships) and following through on necessary staff training that is required and facilitating such.
Conduct quarterly Employment Equity meetings in line with the necessary regulations and maintain EE compliance.
Support employee relations, HR reporting, and general HR administration
Attending to staff counselling, warnings, disciplinary enquiries and attending CCMA cases
Attending to enquiries from Department of Labour upon their inspections
Candidate must be familiar with all employment ACTS (Basic Conditions of Employment Act , Occupational Health and Safety Act, Employment Equity Act)
