DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
i, Ensure that Company Policies & Procedures are adhered to.
i, Advisory- and- Administrative support for Disciplinary matters
i, Assistance in preparing for and representation at CCMA hearings.
i, Drive required Recruitment process.
i, Induction
i, Guidance and Assistance
i, Employee payroll admin
i, Employee file maintenance
i, Contract, job offer and amendment creation.
i, Drive and aid with Training & Development
i, Monthly Reporting
i, General reports as & when required.
i, Ensure that BCEA is adhered to.
i, Drive and organise Leadership and culture development.
i, Organize and develop External training projects.
i, Administrative duties
