Job Description
The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialised discipline in the field of study.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas of Human Resource Management:
HR Information Systems landscape HR Project Co-ordination HR Policy implementation and updates HR manual updates and implementation Employee file maintenance and record keeping HR Systems training module preparation HR metrics and reporting Employee file audits Employee data audits and error resolution HR Roadshows
QUALIFICATIONS
Postgraduate in HR Information Systems, Masters is preferable
REQUIREMENTS
Medically fit Unemployed Drivers License Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme previously
