Job Description
The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialised discipline in the field of study.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas of Human Resource Management:
Recruitment and Selection Policy Implementation Employee file maintenance and record keeping Labour relations and disciplinary matters HR Information Systems HR Metrics and Reporting Talent Management Organisational Design Performance Management Psychometric evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS
Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, Masters qualification preferred
REQUIREMENTS
Medically fit Unemployed Drivers License Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme previously

Pays attention to detail Good communicator Eager to learn Positive attitude Adaptive and flexible Microsoft office knowledge Strong Microsoft Excel skills Passionate about Human Resource Management
