The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialised discipline in the field of study.

- Policy Implementation
- Employee file maintenance and record keeping
- Labour relations and disciplinary matters
- HR Information Systems
- HR Metrics and Reporting
- Talent Management
- Organisational Design
- Performance Management
- Psychometric evaluations
- Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, Masters qualification preferred
- Medically fit
- Unemployed
- Drivers License
- Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme previously
- Pays attention to detail
- Good communicator
- Eager to learn
- Positive attitude
- Adaptive and flexible
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Strong Microsoft
- Excel skills
- Passionate about Human Resource Management
