The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialised discipline in the field of study.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas of Human Resource Management:
- HR Information Systems landscape
- HR Project Co-ordination
- HR Policy implementation and updates
- HR manual updates and implementation
- Employee file maintenance and record keeping
- HR Systems training module preparation
- HR metrics and reporting
- Employee file audits
- Employee data audits and error resolution
- HR Roadshows
- Postgraduate in HR Information Systems, Masters is preferable
- Medically fit
- Unemployed
- Drivers License
- Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme previously
- Initiative
