About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Developer & Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to ensure our employees understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Formal Qualification: National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field
Certification: SETA Certification (submission is compulsory)
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' proven experience in HR training and facilitation
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee development practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to design and implement effective training modules
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training sessions aligned with company policies and operational needs
Training & Facilitation - workshops, onboarding, compliance training
Career Development - coaching, mentoring, succession planning
Organisational Development - aligning people growth with company strategy
Draw up and submit Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) in line with SETA requirements
Ensure deadline submissions are met for all training compliance documents
Keep a log of all training activities to be submitted with Payroll for reporting purposes
Source and evaluate external training suppliers
Tally up Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for training initiatives and prepare submissions for management sign?off
Collaborate with management to identify training gaps and propose solutions
Maintain accurate training records and provide feedback on employee progress
