We're looking for an experienced and strategic
HR Business Partner
to oversee all aspects of Human Resources across a multi-state, multi-country workforce. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape employee engagement, support operational growth, and drive HR best practices in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
What You'll Do
As our
HR Business Partner
, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff while managing the full spectrum of HR functions:
Strategic HR Leadership
Serve as the primary HR contact across all U.S. wellness clinics and the international call center.
Align HR strategy with organizational goals, ensuring scalable and compliant practices.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive employee experience through proactive communication, coaching, and performance management.
Support team members and managers in navigating workplace challenges with professionalism and empathy.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
Oversee recruitment efforts across the U.S. and support hiring for the South African call center.
Champion effective onboarding, career development, and employee retention strategies.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (Florida, Michigan) and international labor considerations.
Update and enforce company policies, procedures, and handbooks.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems
Manage employee benefit programs, payroll coordination, and HRIS functions.
Partner with Finance and Executive teams on compensation reviews and workforce planning.
International Collaboration
Support and oversee HR-related needs for our call center representatives based in South Africa, ensuring consistent alignment with U.S. operations and cultural sensitivity.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Master's or HR Certification a plus)
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a
multi-state
or
multi-site
environment
Knowledge of
Florida and Michigan
labor laws
Experience working with
international teams
strongly preferred
Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams and leaders
Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, remote communication tools, and best practices
Excellent judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
