Identify workforce challenges and implement appropriate interventions. Contribute to performance improvement across portfolio areas. Collaborate with HR centres of expertise to enhance service delivery. Support

change management initiatives

. Administer an accurate and efficient

. Identify and mitigate HR-related risks. Strengthen
