We are looking for an experienced

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

to join our team in Gauteng (West Rand), providing hands-on support to our practices in the region.

As our HRBP, you'll work closely with Practice Principals and Managers to strengthen organisational capability, support our people to be their best, and bring our culture to life through effective HR processes and meaningful organisational development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Deliver HR processes that add real value, aligned to both business goals and best practice. Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain the right people for today and tomorrow. Support workforce planning to ensure we have the right skills in the right place, even during periods of change or absence. Partner with managers to build high performing, engaged teams. Oversee HR compliance, ensuring we meet all legislative and company requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

Education:

National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.

Experience:

3-5 years' experience as an HRBP,

Skills:

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, sound understanding and application of labour legislation, HR policy knowledge, HR compliance, HRIS administration (PaySpace), data analytics, recruitment, onboarding, training needs analysis, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and computer literacy.
