Job Summary An experienced HR Business Partner is sought for this full service hotel. Based in Cape Town and working on-site, you will be required to provide generalist HR services, responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition management to obtain the best industry talent and ensure staff have memorable experiences whilst working at the hotel. Part of your role will be to manage the annual performance management process and the wellness calendar/initiatives. Aside from being responsible for induction programme rollout, you will partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development. Requirements: SA Citizen Matric / Grade 12 qualification Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, you have 3 - 5 years' HRBP experience, preferably in the hospitality industry MS Office proficiency at an intermediate level. Proficiency on SAGE 300 People An excellent communicator Understanding of labour legislation Decisive and well-organised, always focusing on delivering top-quality results Devoted to quality with excellent planning and organising skill to drive successful outcomes in this dynamic environment Provide support to the team, showing initiative
