Job Summary Job Title: Human Resources Assistant - RemoteHire Resolves client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join their team on a remote basis. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, recruitment efforts, employee on-boarding, training coordination, and other HR-related duties. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Coordinate employee on-boarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with benefits administration and enrolment processes
  • Assist with training coordination, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee training progress
  • Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organising files, and responding to employee inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in a professional environment, preferably in an
  • administrative or HR-related role.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures is desirable.
  • A formal qualification, such as an associate degree in Human Resources, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent Communication: Proficient in written and verbal communication for drafting emails,
reports, and engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. * Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in tasks such as data entry,record-keeping, and document preparation. * Organisation and Time Management: Skilled in prioritising tasks, managing multiple projectssimultaneously, and meeting deadlines consistently. * Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying issues, analysing situations and data, andimplementing effective solutions independently or collaboratively. * Strong Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks including coordinating schedules,managing emails, facilitating meetings, and providing support to colleagues. * Adaptability and Productivity: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,adjusting to changing priorities, handling unexpected challenges, and maintaining productivity in a
remote setting. * Confidentiality and Discretion: Demonstrates discretion and handles sensitive information with careand maturity, maintaining confidentiality at all times. * Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, coordinating schedules,facilitating meetings, and providing administrative support to colleagues and line managers. * Familiarity with Administrative Processes: Knowledge of filing systems, document management, andother administrative procedures.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Google
Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Forms, Google Drive), and Zoom and
