Introduction
A leading law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the full HR function, from onboarding and employee data management to benefits administration and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee data on ELMA system (onboarding to exit)
Provide HR reporting and support internal HR queries
Administer employee benefits and liaise with payroll
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and manage exit documentation
Support inductions and coordinate orientation logistics
Ensure compliance with Legal Practice Council (LPC) regulations
Requirements
HR diploma or relevant qualification (advantageous)
2-3 years' HR admin experience
Strong MS Office skills
Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE Act & LPC regulations
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask
