Human Resources Administrator
is a person experienced in HR Administration who has the skills and knowledge to provides a client focused, professional and comprehensive HR service in providing administrative support and HR advice on conditions of service to all employees, including the management team, in line with company policies, procedures and in full compliance with all legislative requirements.

Minimum Requirements
3 - 5 years in HR administation preferably in a manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of Human Resources best practices.
Human Resources organizational skills.
Strong administration skills.
Familiarity with business software SAP, Scubed, EDRMS, BEE123.
A high level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The flexibility and willingness to learn.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform HR administration, e.g. new appointments and separation processes, promotions, etc.
Benefits Administration and support with regard to the provident fund and medical aid and Gap Covers etc.
Recruitment - participate in job interviews and assist with setting up interviews and administration with regards to the recruitment process. Sorely responsible for job advertisement and related administration.
HR Induction - provides support and assists HR Manager in facilitating the induction process successfully.
Responsible for the monthly reporting on SAP
Provide guidance/advice to all employees and members of management on conditions of employment, HR policies and procedures.
Participate in updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures and forms.
Process and maintain HR data integrity on SAP system to ensure that database is up to date, extract ad-hoc reports.
Processing of purchase requisitions on SAP system for the HR team.
Keep up to date with changes/new legislation with regards to provident fund and medical aids.
Work closely with consultants with regards to eminent changes to the provident fund and the medical aids.
Close liaison with Payroll function.
Process HR data, e.g. personal status change forms and forward relevant payroll documentation timeously to payroll for monthly payroll run.
Report writing of , e.g. sick leave, overtime, leave balances, time attendance, etc..
Co ordinate employee events.
Manage stationery
