About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter with a strong focus on headhunting and end-to-end recruitment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and headhunt high-caliber candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and potential.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Proven experience in headhunting and end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, networks, and referrals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills
