Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support strategy implementation by assisting the HR Manager in rolling out strategic initiatives (e.g. EVP projects, engagement campaigns, training programs).
Help translate HR plans into action by coordinating tasks, timelines, and follow-ups.
Monitor basic HR metrics and assist with reports that guide decision-making.
Assist with the coordination of the recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment offers.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit processes, including coordinating new employee orientations and assisting in collecting data from exit interviews.
Coordinate training initiatives, including developing and executing training programs, tracking employee participation, and coordinating employee development activities on the E-learning platform.
Assist in the development and execution of EVP initiatives, including working with the EVP Committee and HR Manager to identify areas of focus, executing EVP programs and initiatives, and monitoring progress.
Maintain employee records and files, including electronic personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Assist in facilitating employee relations activities, including managing employee complaints and grievances, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records of employee information, tracking employee leave, and ensuring that HR practices and procedures are followed.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR Manager, and facilitate communication between employees and management.
Assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department, including coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
Qualifications:
National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 12 years of experience in an HR support role, with experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations preferred in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures and employment laws and regulations.Employment Details
