Job Summary HR ADMINISTRATOR Key Responsibilities o Managing HR Documents o Maintain and manage employment contracts, leave records, and disciplinary records. o Prepare and update all job descriptions. o Complete KPI templates in line with job descriptions. o Provide guidance to line managers on procedural correctness in respect of any disciplinary action taken. o Disciplinary procedures o Policy creation/implementation o Payroll Processing Import hours from the clocking system into the payroll system (VIP). o Payroll Reports and Reconciliation Generate payroll reports reconciling gross pay, deductions, and net pay. o EMP201 reports o AOD reports o Monthly reports o Payroll and staff Queries Resolve all related queries within 48 hours. o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. o Bargaining Council & union requirements. o Ensure compliance with all internal controls. o Adhere to legislative governance, process, and service standards. o Ensure compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and Employment Equity (EE) o Dispute Resolution o Set up and facilitate Skills Training o Repsly monitoring and reporting o Uniclox Toilet breaks monitoring and reporting This is not an exhaustive list, and any other tasks may reasonably be assigned.
