To provide an administrative service to the HR function, with a primary focus on support to the HR business partnering and talent acquisition and selection functions.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification:
A relevant undergraduate qualification in Human Resources (BCom, HR, Administration, etc)
Relevant experience in an HR and recruitment administrative role
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As the HR Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for:
Talent acquisition and selection support:
+ Pre-screening and longlists
+ Maintenance of recruitment inbox
+ Placing internal / external advertisements
+ Scheduling of interviews and candidate assessments
+ Contract generation
+ Vetting
+ Submitting new hire documentation to Payroll On-boarding support
Skills development support
Payroll queries
Labour relations admin support
Document and data management support
Systems maintenance and enhancement
Functional and Behavioural Competencies
Functional and technical competencies:
Proven MS Office skills
Knowledge of HR functions/processes will be advantageous
Basic knowledge of HR systems will be advantageous
