Assists with administering the HCM Training and Development for the campus.
Assists with conducting efficient Human Capital record-keeping and database management.
Management of employee probation.
Assist in managing the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administration of leave and all HCM ESS related enquiries.
Maintain Human Capital policies and procedures.
Assist with employee remuneration and benefits administration.
Providing general administrative support to the HCM department.
Assist with organizing of Employee Wellness Activities.
A National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
A high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license (Code 08/EB) will be an added advantage.
