What will you do?
The HR Business Partner for "Technology Talent" will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategies that enable Sanlam's Technology function to attract, grow, and retain top-tier technical talent in the SRS business. This role partners closely with leaders across IT delivery to build a high-performing, engaged and future-fit workforce.
The HRBP will act as an advisor and hands-on partner, ensuring that HR practices are tailored to the unique needs of technology professionals and aligned to agile ways of working.
