You will report to the head of human capital business partners human capital executive. This key resource will work directly with the investment team and the CIO. They are globally integrated in their work and connectivity.JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • You will be required to partner with the investment and client group teams to provide people expertise, advice and best practice on day-to-day employee lifecycle processes and strategic people matters, including identifying individual or team development needs;
  • You will be required to build purposeful relationships with leaders, people managers and individuals at all levels of the organisation which allow you to be impactful and operate in the places that matter;
  • You will be required to work with managers to create and nurture high performing teams, through informal and formal performance and talent management;
  • You will be required to advise on best practice and process in relation to employee relations matters, including business change, grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence and contentious leaver scenarios;
  • You will be required to lead the employment equity forum, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace;
  • You will be required to find ways to improve and innovate in the human capital space by anticipating and understanding market trends relevant to the people agenda;
  • You will be required to manage internal and international employee mobility;
  • You will be required to collaborate on people projects across human capital.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • You have a proven and demonstrable track record of human capital business partnering to deliver an innovative people agenda;
  • You have expertise and understanding of employment labour law and its application;
  • You have an orientation towards exploring commercially relevant solutions with a people focus. You have relevant financial services experience.
You have a B.Com or honours in HR - from a respected institution and relevant commercial experience.You are well presented; confident and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful platform to showcase all your skills in a global setting.
