Job Summary We are recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Business Partner to undertake key responsibilities in the areas of Employment Equity, Due Diligence for Human Resources Management System, Performance/Talent Management, and Employee Experience Strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, improving HR processes, enhancing talent management, and creating a dynamic employee experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Demonstrated expertise with 5 to 7 years of experience in an HCBP or similar role, emphasising EE compliance, due diligence, and talent management. In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations, particularly in the area of Employment Equity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Innovative mindset and the ability to develop creative HR strategies. EE Portfolio: Develop and maintain an Employment Equity (EE) portfolio to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations. Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. Monitor and report on EE targets and initiatives. Due Diligence for HRMS: Conduct due diligence for the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to assess its efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements. Performance/Talent Management: Design and implement performance management processes and systems. Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Create and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions. Provide guidance on performance improvement and talent development programs. Employee Experience Strategy: Develop and execute an employee strategy aimed at enhancing the employee experience. Identify opportunities for innovation in HR practices to create a cutting-edge workplace environment. Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity. Monitor and measure the success of the Trailblazer experience strategy.
