Africa's leading specialist in the manufacturing of premium knitted and woven mattress fabric based in Elsies River industrial is seeking a Human Capital (HC) Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Factory and HC Department. Beyond core administrative duties, this role supports our growing focus on people operations - promoting employee wellbeing, engagement, and a positive workplace culture. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in people within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Development, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or a related people-focused field. 1 years' experience in an HC function. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong administrative and reporting skills. Legislative knowledge to ensure effective HC administrative functions. Experience with HC systems, SAGE 300 is advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities



Provide daily administrative and office support to the HC department. Maintain and update accurate employee records (contracts, warnings, leave, attendance, and training files). Capture and maintain employee information on HC systems and trackers. Prepare and update job profiles, performance review documents, and other HC templates. Ensure all HC documentation is current, compliant, and properly filed (both electronic and physical). Assist with recruitment administration, including job adverts, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks. Coordinate new employee onboarding and company induction processes. Prepare and circulate internal communication, notices, and announcements to employees. Support Employment Equity, Skills Development, and Health & Safety administration. Prepare HC reports. Handle employee queries professionally, providing information or directing to the appropriate HC representative. Assist with travel bookings and other general administrative duties. Promote good housekeeping and adherence to 5S standards in the HC office. * Support HC projects, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
