Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hub Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Tanzania, Ghana and DRC hub. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our customers. This role requires excellent time management abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. As a Hub Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment. Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee the onboarding of corporate and contractors. Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve performance. Maintain high standards of physical and phone etiquette when communicating with customers. Ensure effective communication within the team, promoting collaboration and efficiency. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a focus on service excellence. Monitor performance metrics and report on hub operations to senior management.

Experience

Proven experience in HUB management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for effective communication with customers from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with onbaording principles and practices is preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Experience in supervising teams, with an emphasis on achieving operational goals.

Pay: R24420,00 - R52799,30 per month
