Duties & Responsibilities
HR Generalist,IR Specialist
Oversee both HR Aand IR
Assist in planning and managing recruitment and selection of staff
Plan and conduct new employee orientation
Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
Administer Hr policies and procedures
Administer compensation and benefits
Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
Assist managers with performance management system
Handle employee complaints, assist IR officers with grievances and disputes
Consolidate IR reports promptly and ensure accurate distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Handle IR matters and employee grievances efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain organized documentation of IR-related proceedings and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Provide general HR assistance as required to support the HR team.
Drafting and issuing of warnings as in line with the disciplinary code.
Setting up hearings
Advising managers and supervisors on discipline.

Attend Corn - Arb, Conciliation and Arbitration
Desired Experience & Qualification
degree or diploma in human resources management, Industrial Relations or equivalent
generalist human resources experience
knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
knowledge of business principles
knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
knowledge of relevant software
3-5 years of experience within FMCG
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
