Job Description
Job Summary o Education, Training and Development Practitioner qualification at NQF level 5 o Blasting Certificate or MQA Rock Breaker Certificate obtained during the prescribed period o Registered Assessor and Moderator with the MQA o At least three years Supervisory experience in Mining and/or Trackless Mobile Machine (TMM) operations o At least one to two years Human Resources Development discipline specific experience o Thorough knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Development Systems (Learner Management Systems, MQA System and Accreditation Processes, ISO 9001:2015 o Thorough knowledge and experience in related legislation on aspects related to the role - Skills Development Act - Mine Health & Safety Act - Minerals Act - Occupational Health & Safety Act - Employment Equity Act - Labour Relations Act - Minerals Petroleum Resource Development Act o Valid Code 08 driver's license o Computer literacy for the role.
