Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in Mpumalanga, is currently looking for an experienced HRD Superintendent (Safety and Support Services) to join their mining team. :
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (NQF Level 7)
- Minimum 2 years experience at Training/HRD/HR Officer Level
- Understanding & Working Knowledge of:
- Skills Development Legislation & the MHSA
- Developing & Updating Policies & Procedures
- Assessment Methodologies
- Instructional Design & Curriculum development Methodologies
- Learning Management Systems
